2003年に日本で公開されたディズニー映画。あの名作「宝島」を原作とする、「トレジャー・プラネット」の主題歌。
今回は John Rzeznik (ジョン・レズリック) の「I'm Still Here」を翻訳いたしました！
ジョン・レズニックはアメリカを代表するロックバンド Goo Goo Dolls のギターヴォーカルで、この映画の主人公ジムの生い立ちと、自身の生い立ちが似ているということで作詞作曲を依頼したのだそうです。
余談ですが、映画「トランスフォーマー」の挿入歌「Before It's Too Late」も手掛けた、現在も活動中のバンドです！
